For decades it had been “Chic to Reek” in Ocean Park on the 3rd weekend in June.
Well, we’ve made a calendar change and missed a couple of years, but we are ready to roll again on September 16 & 17, 2022!
Come join us for two fun-filled days of entertainment, plus food and artisan craft vendors. This is the ideal place to buy all of your favorite garlic variety items and condiments that you cannot find at your local stores and have been waiting to purchase since 2019! It’s also the place to buy this year’s 40th NW Garlic Poster…the wait is over!

Celebrate the passion for this exalted bulb with the faithful throngs who make their annual pilgrimage to the NW Garlic Festival held at the beautiful Port of Peninsula, on Willapa Bay, just east of the beachside community of Ocean Park, Washington, (the north end of the Long Beach Peninsula). This GARLIC Olympics of Gastronomy is not held for the region’s GARLIC growing ability. This Festival was born out of love of great, GARLIC laden cuisine and first creating by the owners and chefs of the Ark Restaurant, Jimella Lucas and Nanci Main.

After enjoying the festival, check out our villages ~ Ocean Park, Klipsan Beach, Nahcotta, Surfside and Oysterville offer great food, lodging, shopping and incredible nature walks…and of course, there is the beach! Great to stroll, relax, beachcomb, and make sandcastles, but the water can be dangerous to swim.
